To ensure the objectives are achieved we remain committed to continually reviewing and improving our safety policies in compliance with the law, workplace standards, safety policy statement and safety management system. Alphak9 pledges that we establish measurable safety performance objectives and targets that we review in order to continuously improve our safety OHS performance and compliance to ISO 9001:2015. This includes regular workplace inspections and the prompt control of identified hazards and establishing an online feedback and reporting system on our online feedback portal. Alphak9 employees are trained on all health and safety matters relevant to their work and specific sites ensuring that each employee is fully aware of the hazards associated with their work and hazard control measures.
All Alphak9 staff and management are inducted into each site and understand the requirements of Alphak9’s Safety policy in accordance with compliance to ISO 9001:2015. Individuals will therefore be held accountable for enacting their roles and responsibilities as defined in our Safety OHS management system to keep a safe workplace and safe working practices. All Alphak9 staff and management are trained regularly in person and online via our portal. Employees must cooperate with actions taken by and requests from Alphak9 to maintain safety at the workplace and comply at all times to the AlphaK9 management system. Employees are informed and expected to take reasonable care for their own safety and not adversely affect the safety of others within the work place. Alphak9 is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for employees and all persons, whose health or safety could be at risk through our work, keeping a clean workspace and provision of appropriate and required PPE and equipment is part of how we maintain compliance with meeting our safety objectives in accordance to ISO 9001:2015.
Alphak9 remains committed to minimise the environmental impacts of its activities on the environment and is committed to achieve this objective by regular review, evaluation and improvement where necessary on our pledge to minimise waste of materials, substances and energy and to bring about better outcomes in our environmental performance. Alphak9 strives to purchase and use materials, substances and equipment that is environmentally friendly and minimises environmental impacts and the prevention of pollution in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
